Raw glass is loaded into the storage system upon arrival and automatically unloaded to cutting line when needed. Using a unique labelling and tracking system, from start to end, each individual unit has full traceability and accountability.

Our clean room laminating line ensures that humidity and temperature are kept and monitored all the time to provide excellent lamination conditions. Our Laminating Line can handle different, SGP, EVA, PVB film thickness with a max panel thickness of 80mm.
The Autoclave is used to completes the laminate bonding process of the interlayer to the glass and removes the remaining air in the prenip and can handle maximum dimensions of 3.3m x 8.0m.
One of the world’s most advance digital printing machine and can handle dimensions of 3.2m x 6.0m with thickness of 4mm to 19mm. Printed designs are suitable for façade applications and can be as durable as long as the glass lasts. DDG offers custom graphic modification and artwork design for all sorts of panel size and modulation.
This machine can produce high quality image print which resolution up to 2400 dpi and available for any colours. Suitable for vivid and bright color for interior application. Emboss textures are also possible.
DDG’s curve bending machine uses hot curve technology to produce glass curvatures suitable for wide range of applications from façade to interior designer furniture.
